A specific registered hotel suite, held with full legal title under Nigerian law, positioned as a USD-denominated commercial asset. Title transfers on completion.
Income Participation
Owners receive 37.5% of total room rental revenues, distributed proportionally by stake. Revenue is pooled across the hotel, so distributions reflect the performance of the whole property.
Owner Use
Up to 30 complimentary owner nights per year, administered within the programme terms.
No Day-to-Day Management
The appointed operator manages pricing, bookings, marketing, staffing and guest experience. You own. They run. You earn.
Resale Rights
Owners may resell on the open market after completion.

How do I purchase from outside Nigeria?
The reservation and documentation process can be completed remotely. Our sales team will guide you through identity checks, signing and the approved international payment route.
What currency can I invest in?
Suite prices are referenced in USD. The reservation deposit is paid in Naira and converted at the live USD/NGN rate into the one-time account issued for that payment.
Is this open to non-Nigerians?
Yes. International buyers may own a suite, subject to the same identity, compliance and transaction-document requirements.
What legal protections do I have as an owner?
You purchase a specific suite under deeded title rather than a timeshare or informal participation. The final title, reservation and completion protections are set out in the transaction documents.
